What changed in 2026: Arby’s Rewards became Loaded Rewards
On August 24, 2026, Arby’s switched its loyalty program to Loaded Rewards. If you already had an Arby’s Rewards account, you didn’t need to do anything; Arby’s upgraded existing members automatically. Anyone who joins now goes straight into Loaded Rewards and earns points on every eligible order.
The big difference from the version many people remember is that points are back at the center. You earn on each purchase, then pick what to redeem for, instead of only waiting for app deals to show up. You still get rotating offers too, which Arby’s says change weekly and can include size upgrades, BOGOs, free delivery and bonus points.
How to earn Arby’s points
You earn 10 points for every $1 you spend on eligible purchases. A $12 order, for example, works out to about 120 points. How you get credit depends on where you order:
- In the app or on arbys.com: sign in before you check out and points are added automatically.
- Delivery through the Arby’s app or arbys.com: also earns points when you are signed in. These orders are fulfilled by DoorDash.
