How Wendy’s Rewards works
Once you create a Wendy’s account, you are enrolled in Rewards automatically. You start earning on your next purchase. Wendy’s says you earn 10 points for every $1 you spend on food. That means a $10 order earns about 100 points.
You can earn in three ways: order pickup in the Wendy’s app, order on order.wendys.com, or scan the QR code from your digital Rewards Card at the counter or drive-thru pickup window. Paying with a Wendy’s gift card still earns points.
Some things do not earn points. According to Wendy’s, these include taxes, fees, tips, coupon discounts, and the part of an order covered by a reward or offer. Delivery orders also earn nothing, whether you use DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, Postmates, or Wendy’s own app. Points should show up in your account within two hours of your purchase.

How to redeem Wendy’s Rewards
- Open the Wendy’s app (or sign in at wendys.com) and go to the Rewards Store.
- Pick a reward you have enough points for and claim it.
- For a mobile order, add the reward to your cart and check out.
- For an in-person order, load the reward to your Rewards Card, then scan the QR code at the counter or pickup window.
- Use the reward within 30 days, since claimed rewards expire after that unless the reward says otherwise.
You can use one reward and one offer per order. You still earn points on the part of the order that the reward or offer does not cover.
App offers, sign-up perk and member extras
Mobile offers live in a separate “Offers” tab in the app. You can switch between the Rewards Store and Offers to browse. Offers do not cost points. Add one to a pickup order or load it to your QR code before you scan.
New members get 200 bonus points after their first purchase. Wendy’s also lists an in-app offer for 10-piece Nuggets with purchase when you sign up. Wendy’s app page also mentions limited-time digital exclusives, in-app games and day-of deals.
Members can also get “Rewards Drops.” These are free collectible merch items released for a limited time, first come, first served. Turning on app alerts helps you catch them. A birthday reward and student or military discounts are not listed on Wendy’s official Rewards pages, so don’t count on them.
One more way to save: many Wendy’s receipts include an invitation to a customer feedback survey. Some locations offer a small reward for finishing it. Check your receipt for the exact offer and its rules, since they vary.

- Reward disappeared: Claimed rewards expire after 30 days. Check the reward’s own expiration note.
