McDonald’s Survey (2026): McDVoice Explained

Phone showing a star-rating survey next to a receipt and a takeout cup

Last updated: October 2026 · The offer on McDonald’s survey receipts changes by restaurant and over time. Your receipt is the final word.

Quick answer
  • Survey site: The McDonald’s US guest survey is at mcdvoice.com. Enter the 26-digit survey code from the middle of your receipt, finish the survey, and you get a validation code for the offer printed on that receipt.
  • Survey reward: The reward is not fixed. Recent reports describe a free sandwich or a buy-one-get-one deal, but the offer on your own receipt is what counts.
  • Limit: mcdvoice.com says you can take up to five surveys per month per restaurant.
  • Best everyday perk: MyMcDonald’s Rewards in the app gives 100 points per $1 on eligible items. You can start redeeming at 1,500 points.

McDonald’s prints a survey invitation on many receipts. If you answer a few questions at McDVoice, you get a code that unlocks the offer printed on that receipt. Below we cover what we could confirm on the official survey site, what we couldn’t, and how to make sure your code actually works.

What is the McDVoice survey?

McDVoice is McDonald’s guest satisfaction survey for US restaurants. Service Management Group (SMG) runs it, and the site notes that McDonald’s owns the survey data. When you finish, the site gives you a validation code.

The survey is only the way in. The actual reward is whatever offer is printed on your receipt. In 2025, Tasting Table and Chowhound described offers such as a free sandwich or a buy-one-get-one item. Both also said offers vary by location and change over time.

How to take the McDVoice survey

  1. Keep your receipt. Find the survey invitation and the 26-digit code in the middle.
  2. Type mcdvoice.com into your browser exactly as printed. Don’t use look-alike sites with extra words or odd endings in the address. They aren’t run by McDonald’s.
  3. Enter the code in the boxes shown (five groups of five digits, then one last digit). No code? Use the “If you do not have a 26-digit code” link and fill in the receipt details.
  4. Answer the questions about your visit. Your ratings don’t affect the reward.
  5. On the last screen, write the validation code on your receipt right away.
  6. On your next visit, show the receipt with the code to the crew and ask for the offer, at the restaurant printed on the receipt if the offer says so.

McDVoice code not working? Fixes

McDVoice in Spanish

Yes. The mcdvoice.com homepage has an Español link that opens the survey in Spanish. The code and steps are the same.

Is there a McDVoice sweepstakes?

We found no sweepstakes or prize drawing on mcdvoice.com, and SMG’s survey terms don’t mention one. Separately, McDonald’s runs Monopoly at McDonald’s as its own game in the app. That game has its own official rules and has nothing to do with McDVoice.

MyMcDonald’s Rewards: the steadier way to save

A survey offer is one item now and then. The MyMcDonald’s Rewards program in the McDonald’s app pays on every eligible order. Here’s what McDonald’s own pages said when we checked in October 2026:
