What is the MyBKExperience survey?
MyBKExperience is Burger King’s official guest feedback survey. The page title calls it the “BK United States Survey and BK Canada Survey,” so it covers both countries. You rate your recent visit: food, speed, accuracy, cleanliness and the staff.
The survey questions load with JavaScript, and we couldn’t read them with our tools. So the reward details below come from your receipt and from Chowhound’s May 2025 report, not from the survey page itself. Offers can change by country, by restaurant and over time.
Burger King survey rules: what we could verify
- A receipt is required. You enter the restaurant number and the survey code printed on it. Chowhound says the code has 16 digits and can be on the front or back.
- Take it soon. Chowhound reports the survey code usually expires 48 hours after your visit. Some receipts may show a different window.
- Redeeming needs a purchase. Chowhound says you must buy at least a regular-size fry and a drink to get the free burger or sandwich.
- The coupon expires. The validation code is usually good for about 30 days, per the same report.
- Not confirmed: we couldn’t verify an age limit, a per-person limit, or whether every BK restaurant honors the code. Many BK locations are franchised, so ask the cashier if you’re unsure.
Treat these numbers as reported, not official. The offer, deadline and expiration date printed on your receipt are what count.
How to take the Burger King survey
- Keep your receipt. Look for the survey invitation and the code.
- Type mybkexperience.com into your browser, exactly as printed on the receipt.
- Pick your country and language if the site asks.
- Enter the restaurant number and the survey code from your receipt.
- Answer the questions about your visit honestly.
- At the end, write the validation code on your receipt right away.
- Bring the receipt back, buy the required items, and hand it over before the expiration date.
Troubleshooting
The survey code is rejected
Check each digit again. Zeros and the letter O look alike on thermal paper. Then check the date. If more than 48 hours have passed, the code has probably expired. Make sure you typed the restaurant number from the top of the receipt, not the order number.
There’s no survey on my receipt
Not every receipt has an invitation. Without a survey code you can’t take the survey for a reward. You can still send feedback through bk.com or the BK app, but don’t expect a coupon for it.
I lost the validation code
Write the code on your receipt the moment you see it. If you closed the page, you usually can’t get the code back. Your receipt code was already used, so the survey normally won’t run again for that visit.
Watch out for look-alike sites
Searching “mybkexperience” turns up lots of copycat pages with extra words or odd endings, like “.it.com” addresses. They aren’t run by Burger King. Some ask for personal details or show ads dressed up as surveys. Type the address exactly as it appears on your receipt.
Is there a Spanish version or a sweepstakes?
We couldn’t confirm a Spanish-language option, because the survey page didn’t load for us. If one exists, you’ll see a language choice on the first screen. We also found no official Burger King sweepstakes tied to this survey. Ignore pages that promise cash or gift cards for “taking the BK survey.”
Royal Perks: the better way to save at Burger King
The survey gives you one coupon per receipt. Royal Perks, BK’s free loyalty program, gives you points on every order. Here’s what Burger King has announced:
- 10 Crowns per $1 on eligible orders in participating US restaurants, in the BK app and on bk.com (Business Wire, 2022). Delivery orders through the app or bk.com also earn Crowns.
- Four reward tiers since November 2025, down from six. The lowest tier is now 200 Crowns (about $20 spent), down from 250 (QSR Web, Nov. 2025).
