Is there a Skatie promo code right now?
Not a public one that we could verify. Skatie’s site doesn’t advertise a site-wide promo code, and the email sign-up area (“Get on the list”) doesn’t state a specific welcome discount. Older coupon pages, including a previous version of this one, listed short codes with big percentages; none of them appear anywhere on skatie.com, so we’ve removed them rather than send you to a checkout that won’t work.
Skatie is still operating normally in 2026 and selling direct at skatie.com (its swim also turns up at retailers such as Free People). The real savings right now come from the sale collections and Skatie Rewards. One important rule from Skatie’s FAQ: any order using a discount code of 30% or more is treated as final sale, the same as sale items. So if a code does land in your inbox, think about fit before you use it.
Skatie shipping and returns: what to know before you buy
Shipping
- Free shipping at $300: The cart bar on skatie.com counts down to free shipping at $300.
- Carriers: Skatie’s FAQ lists FedEx One Rate (for items that fit the envelope), FedEx Ground in biodegradable mailers, FedEx Overnight and USPS First Class. FedEx packages are insured up to $100; USPS First Class has no guaranteed insurance.
- International: Skatie ships internationally, but prices don’t include customs fees, and international shoppers pay duties, taxes and return postage.
Returns and exchanges
| Item type | Return option | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Swim (full price) | Store credit only, or one free exchange | Original tags and sanitary liner must be intact |
| Active, Basics, Lounge, Cover-Ups | Refund to original payment | $10 restocking fee per order for refunds |
| Sale items | No returns or exchanges | Also applies to orders using a code of 30% or more |
You need to start a return within 14 days of receiving your package. Skatie covers return shipping for eligible domestic returns; international customers pay their own. At checkout you can add optional Return Coverage for a small fee, which makes returns and exchanges on eligible items free. Store credit arrives as a Skatie gift card by email, and refunds take 7 to 10 days to show on your card after processing.
Skatie Rewards and gift cards
Skatie Rewards is the closest thing to an ongoing discount. Per the rewards page:
- You earn points by signing up, shopping, referring friends and on your birthday.
- Points are based on what you pay after discounts, so sale purchases still earn.
- You need at least 350 points to start redeeming.
- Rewards are one-time use and can’t be combined with other Skatie discount codes, and the FAQ says points can’t be used on sale items.
- Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity, and points from returned orders are deducted.
- Add your birthday early: if you enter it within a day of the date, the reward waits until next year.
Skatie also sells digital gift cards in $50, $100, $150, $200, $250 and $300 amounts, delivered by email. They don’t save money themselves, but they’re a good way to let someone pick their own fit.
Sizing tips that save you a return
Because full-price swim only comes back as store credit and sale swim is final, getting the size right is the cheapest move you can make. Skatie’s Fit Guide groups bottoms by coverage and rise and tops by support level, and most styles are described as true to size. A few examples from the guide:
- Size up if between sizes: Cher, Jean and Iggy.
- Size down: Bobbi (Thick) and Kristen.
- Don’t size up: Cheryl, Asha, Lola, Leidy and Ellis.
- Go by band size: Claire and Gisele. Go by cup size: Alice, Ella, Chelsea, Kahea and Juliana.
If you’re unsure, Skatie’s customer service team can be reached at hello@skatie.com before you order.

- Sign up for Skatie Rewards before your first purchase so that order earns points.
- Use your one free exchange on swim instead of a store-credit return if the issue is just size.
- Consider Return Coverage at checkout if you’re ordering several sizes to try.
- Join the email list or SMS list for sale announcements (SMS is optional and you can text STOP to opt out).
- If you forget to apply a valid code, email hello@skatie.com, as the FAQ suggests.
