Jacoje is a Southern California fine jewelry brand known for solid gold chains, clover and cross pendants, Cuban link bracelets, diamond pieces and custom work. Because a single chain can cost several hundred to a few thousand dollars, even a small discount matters. This page replaces our old list of generic “10% off” buttons with what you can actually verify today: the one public code Jacoje shows on its own site, and the policies you should know before you check out.

Is Jacoje still in business in 2026?
Yes. When we checked on October 14, 2026, jacoje.com was online with live product pages, a working cart, a 2026 copyright notice and the 8% code in its banner. The About page describes the brand as one of the fastest-growing jewelry brands in Southern California, with pieces hand set, polished and inspected before shipping. Note that many chains and pendants were marked sold out at the time, with a “notify me” option instead of an add-to-cart button. If a piece you want is unavailable, sign up for the restock alert rather than buying from an unknown reseller.
How to use the Jacoje promo code
- Choose your piece and options: metal color (yellow, white or rose), karat (14K, 18K and on some pendants 22K) and chain length.
- Add it to your cart and go to checkout.
- Type JACOJE8 in the discount code field and click Apply.
- Check the total: the 8% should come off before taxes and shipping are added.
- If the code is rejected, it may have been changed or ended. Look at the banner at the top of jacoje.com for the current code.
Real ways to save at Jacoje
- Always apply JACOJE8. On a $1,000 chain, 8% off is $80, which is more than many “free shipping” offers are worth.
- Compare karats. 14K is the most affordable option on Jacoje products. 18K and 22K use more gold, so the same design costs more.
- Pick a shorter length or thinner width. Jacoje prices chains by length and width (for example, the 2MM Paper Clip chain was listed from $379.70 up to $1,969.69 depending on options). A few inches less can save a lot.
- Choose a design without diamonds. On the Jacoje Clover pendants, the plain versions cost much less than the diamond versions (for example, Tiny Jacoje Clover from $542 vs. Tiny Diamond Jacoje Clover from $1,235).
- Get the size right the first time. Since there are no returns and exchanges cost $20, measure your neck or wrist before ordering.
- Join the newsletter to hear about any sale or new release first.
Shipping, exchanges and returns
- Shipping: all orders ship with FedEx (default FedEx 2Day Express). Chains and bracelets usually take 2–3 business days to fulfill. Pendants and rings can take up to four weeks, and some made-to-order items list 8–12 weeks.
- Signature: every FedEx delivery requires a direct signature, and Jacoje does not ship to PO boxes.
- International: the buyer pays taxes and duties, collected by FedEx before delivery.
- Returns: Jacoje’s policy says “no returns.” You can only exchange for an item of equal or greater value within 5 days of delivery, with a $20 restocking fee. The policy also states that discounts and promos are not applied to exchanges.
Is the Jacoje 8% code worth it?
Yes, because it costs nothing to use and Jacoje rarely advertises other public promotions. Just keep the strict policy in mind: once you use the code and the item ships, you can’t return it for a refund. Be sure about the karat, length and width before you pay, and keep your order confirmation email in case you need an exchange.
